Iron Will:  Kincaid has built up an iron will during her 18 years on the force due to the nature of the crimes she has handled.
Haunted:  Kincaid killed someone in the line of duty on her first day of patrol.
Vengeful:  Kincaid harbors extreme hatred for persons who commit crimes against children.
Phobia:  For Kincaid, being outnumbered or a crowd of people in which she can not defend herself adequately or such crowd gets out of control is a fear for her.
Fame:  Former deputy in San Diego with public recognition and awarding.
Influence:  Governor.

Prey Exclusion (1pt. Flaw): You refuse to feed on , shall you do it and you automatically enter Frenzy.
Prey Exclusion (->): Additionally you must take a degradation roll to prevent Humanity/Path loss.
Prey Exclusion (->): Seeing other people feeding on that kind of prey might also trigger Frenzy checks at times.
Reasoning:
Acute Sense: The constant usage of Auspex has naturally improved the hearing sense of Samantha.
Ambidextrous: Samantha was born Ambidextrous (or simply N/A since there isn't much to say about it).
Prey Exclusion: Samantha once fed upon an infected homeless, which resulted in her being a plague bearer. Ever since she managed to get rid of it, she is so irritated if she doesn't feed on the perfect prey, as the fear of getting infected again is becoming real.

Iron Will: This does not make you immune to mind-control, but increase the difficulty to use it. Additionally, this Merit requires at least Willpower 8 (VTM page 485). Characters in our chronicle can start with a maximum of Willpower 6, and can develop it through gameplay. This Merit is also very exclusive, as mind immunity of any kind happens to be a bane within our community. For now I'm afraid that this one will have to be Denied.

Replacement for Iron Will:  Permission to place 1 extra dot on WP for the 3 loss of Merit with Iron Will. Or the consideration of an additional dexterity dot or computer.

Retainer:  Most dogs in the line of duty are not euthanised. Stryker, is one such dog.  Although he was trained to do certain tasks to perform his duty effectively, he was passed around from handler to handler in the agencies as it attempted to recoup funds from training the dog for his position.  For whatever reason, Stryker's duty to serve and protect caused him discomfort.  Being forced into consuming drugs for the purposes of finding it at scenes, the dog retaliated over time becoming increasingly aggressive.  Kincaid's ability to work with animals (Animal ken 3) and the fact that the dog seemingly enjoyed her company and wasn't aggressive towards her like he had been with previous handlers ... stayed his date of execution.  Kincaid stepped in and offered to adopt the dog and the agency eventually relented to her simply because she had asked the governor for a personal favor and to step in on her behalf in the situation.  As a former K-9, Stryker is extensively well trained and can be considered a weapon should Kincaid decide to extend her command over him to protect herself.  Stryker's behavior with Kincaid is exemplary and after retraining him as a working service animal, he was awarded his certification as such and wears a vest to reflect this.  Kincaid herself does not physically require a service dog and often uses Stryker to visit those who are ill in the hospital and take him on ootings (outings lol) to promote and make others aware of the need with adopting K-9's from their various agencies. Stryker does not require a leash but city ordinances do and Kincaid will abide by those rules unless specifically given permission otherwise.  Kincaid is currently training the dog to track people rather than drugs and he is a very happy little (BIG 130lbs) baby boo to her and looks at her with adoration as if thanking her for saving his life. (A video is available of this well trained dog doing as commanded.) Requesting a +2 damage with perspective canine.

Haunted:  Kincaid's very first day on the job as a rookie cop on patrol is one she will never forget.  While at a routine traffic stop, a passenger in the vehicle pulled a gun and aimed it at Kincaid.  Being level headed and quick thinking, allowed her to react fast enough to back up and pull her side arm at the same time.  When she pulled the trigger, she never expected the bullet to hit the person intended and then ricochetted into the truck where a woman was bound and gagged.  Shooting the perp didn't bring her any satisfaction when an innocent person life was lost at her hands.  No matter what those above you say and no matter how many therapists you talk to, your first innocent kill in the line of duty will always haunt an officer of the law even if the evidence around it justifies it even though it's said 'accidents happen'.  It is the bound and gagged woman who was accidentally killed that would be the one haunting Kincaid.
