0. Accountability for Encouraging Rule-Breaking
Encouraging other players to violate rules will result in the same punishment as the offenders!
Punishment: Varies
1. Prohibition of Misconduct
While playing in WoD-RP you're expected to behave in line.
1.1. Cheating
Usage of cheats, mods, or any third-party software that grants an unfair advantage over other players is explicitly forbidden to ensure fair gameplay for everyone.
Punishment: Verbal warning ~ Permanent Ban
1.2. Ban Evasion
Ban evading is strictly prohibited! Any attempts to do so will double the initial penalty!
Punishment: Restart and double the initial penalty
1.3. Bug Abuses/Exploits
Any attempt to abuse a bug, exploit a game mechanic, or bypass the way our systems are intended to function is strictly prohibited!
Punishment: 3 hours Admin-Jail ~ 1 year ban
1.4. Failure to report Bugs
Players are required to report any discovered bugs or issues that could potentially create imbalances within the game. Failure to report such bugs, which may affect game balance, is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: 3 hours Admin-Jail ~ 6 months ban
1.5. Accessories Misuse
Unrealistic accessory placement is not allowed, and those engaging in such behavior may face disciplinary action!

This category addresses explicit forms of toxicity, including direct discriminatory behaviors or speech that target individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal attributes. It prohibits any overtly offensive or harmful actions.
Punishment: 3 days ban ~ Permanent Ban
2.2. Subtle or Contextual Toxicity
This category involves more nuanced forms of toxicity that may not be explicitly offensive but can still contribute to a negative or harmful atmosphere. It encompasses actions or behaviors that, within specific contexts, may create discomfort, breed negativity, or contribute to a hostile environment. This includes any conduct or expressions that, though seemingly innocuous in most cases, might become toxic when repeated in a manner that fosters negative energy, conflict, or discomfort within the community or specific situations.
Punishment: 2 days ban ~ Permanent Ban
2.3. Provocations
Provoking other players is strictly forbidden. Keep on respectful interactions and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

Trolling or exhibiting immature behavior is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action to foster a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere.

Spamming in chat and excessive use of commands is not allowed!

2.6. OOC Extortion
Extorting players Out-of-Character (OOC) in any way is strictly prohibited! Any attempts to do so will lead to a harsh punishment!
Punishment: 7 days ban ~ Permanent Ban
2.7. OOC Lies
Lying to staff members Out-of-Character (OOC) is strictly prohibited as we promote transparency and trust within the community.
Punishment: 2 hours Admin-Jail ~ 14 days ban
2.8. Player Disengagement Promotion
Any attempt to promote player disengagement is strictly prohibited and will result in severe punishment.
This includes, but is not limited to, encouraging players to disconnect from the server or inciting riot or drama.
Punishment: 6 hours Admin-Jail ~ Permanent Ban
3. Roleplay Rules Adherence
Playing on our server requires adherence to standard Roleplay rules.
3.1. Deathmatching (DM)
Deathmatching is a strictly prohibited practice, defined as killing another player without a valid In-Character reason.
The validity of the reason may vary from character to character based on their circumstances. However, it's important to note that administrators and race moderators always have the final say on determining what is considered a Deathmatch and what isn't.
Punishment: 4 hours Admin-Jail ~ 14 days ban
3.2. Metagaming (MG)
Metagaming is a strictly prohibited practice, defined as using Out-of-Character information for In-Character purposes.
Example I: In-Character, mentioning someone's name when you do not possess that knowledge In-Character and subsequently using that knowledge gained from their nametag.
Example II: Responding to Out-of-Character backup requests.
Punishment: 2 hours Admin-Jail ~ 21 days ban
3.3. Powergaming (PG)
Powergaming is a strictly prohibited practice, defined as engaging in unrealistic or impossible feats during roleplay or failing to adhere to the specific mechanics and features of your character.
Example I: Roleplaying that your character grows wings and starts flying while roleplaying on a mundane human without such powers.
Example II: Failure to roleplay drug addiction on a drug-addicted character.
Example III: Failure to roleplay any of your characters Flaws.
Example IV: Failure to use your character's powers correctly.
Punishment: Warning ~ Permanent Race Ban
3.4. Revenge Killing (RK)
Revenge Killing is a strictly prohibited practice, defined as killing or harming another player because they previously killed you. This action constitutes Metagaming, which directly leads to Deathmatching, as your character loses all prior knowledge about the incident, including all information about their killer.

3.5. Mixing
Mixing is a prohibited practice, defined as usage of Out-of-Character words, characters, or conversations in In-Character channels.
Example I: "Hey, do you know if there are any admins online?"
Example II: "Hey, WTH do u think u're doing?"
Example III: "Hello XD"
Example IV: "How can I join a Faction?"
Punishment: Verbal warning ~ 2 hours Admin-Jail
4. Roleplay Regulations
4.1. Continuous Roleplay Standard
You must remain In-Character (IC) at all times! Your character is where they are physically present.
* The only exception for this rule is when the character has OOC Mode enabled (given by Administrators).
Punishment: Warning ~ Character Revocation
4.2. Car Crashes
Car crashes are always In-Character (IC). The only exception is when a car is getting severely glitched.
Punishment: Warning ~ 30 minutes Admin-Jail
4.3. Application of Damage
Damage inflicted to your character must always be applied via /(a)pply(d)amage, even if leads to severe loss, or the death of the character.
Punishment: 2 hours Admin-Jail ~ Character Revocation
4.4. Verdict of Actions
Race Moderators and Administrators hold ultimate authority regarding the consequences of actions. Avoid disputing during a scene; instead, cooperate. If you believe an error was made, schedule a discussion after the scene. Should you persist in your disagreement, please submit a report ticket on the forums for further resolution. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in a punishment, regardless of the perceived rightness or wrongness of the situation.

4.5. Quitting
Quitting to avoid roleplay situations is not allowed, but players may reschedule or re-arrange roleplay for a later time.

4.6. Extremely Explicit Roleplay
Roleplaying extremely explicit themes, such as gore, rape, or zoophilia may never be done in the public, and require the explicit consent of all involved parties!
Punishment: 30 days ban ~ Permanent Ban
4.7. Inappropriate Character Concepts
Roleplaying a child, a pedophile, or a Nazi is strictly prohibited, such behavior is not in line with the values of our community!
Punishment: Permanent Ban
4.8. Name Regulations
Your character must have a realistic name that follows the Firstname_Lastname format.
Naming your character in an offensive way, or using the name of a celebrity is strictly prohibited!
Punishment: Permanent Ban
4.9. Script-Fights
Script-fighting is the act of engaging in combat using the in-built fighting mechanics of GTA (such as punches, guns, vehicle ramming, etc.) instead of the World of Darkness rolling mechanics. This practice is prohibited, except when all involved parties are inside vehicles and provide mutual consent for such actions.
Punishment: Warning ~ 3 days ban
4.10. Veil Regulations
By playing a supernatural character you are obliged to upkeep the veil and in most scenarios. Violation of this rule does not only have IC consequences, but can also ruin the mysterious environment of the chronicle.
Punishment: IC Consequences ~ Character Kill
4.11. Character Sheet Confidentiality
Your Character Sheet is personal and private, meant for your eyes, Race Moderators, and the Management only. Sharing or revealing your Character Sheet or any powers to other players out of character (OOC) is strictly prohibited. In situations requiring the display of traits, you may use the command /(s)how(t)rait.
Punishment: Warning ~ Character Revocation
5. Illicit Gain Regulations
This rule outlines regulations for instances where a player acquires assets from another player through illicit means.
5.1. Robbing/Mugging
Players are permitted to rob or mug other players under the following conditions:
1. The victim must be at level 5 or higher.
2. The item being stolen must be in a non-protected inventory slot, which includes all slots except slots 21 to 25.
3. The total market value of items stolen must not exceed $5,000, even if multiple individuals are involved.
4. Each player is restricted to stealing a singular item from the victim. However, multiple instances of the same item (if stackable) are allowed.
5. If a single item's worth exceeds the robbing limit, that specific item can still be taken without additional items from the victim.
6. Explicit consent from the robbed player or authorization from an administrator is required if the item's value exceeds $7,500.
7. For items holding supernatural properties, approval from the victim's Race Moderator is necessary.
Punishment: 3 hours Admin-Jail ~ 7 days ban
5.2. Scamming
Scamming can only be performed In-Character, and attempted on players at level 10 or higher, with a limit of $10,000 in total Market-Value.
In cases where the item holds supernatural properties, approval from the victim's Race Moderator is necessary.
Punishment: 7 days ban ~ 21 days ban
6. Account Credibility
This rule outlines account-regulations that all players must obey to!
6.1. Account Sharing
Sharing your account with other players is strictly prohibited. Your account is intended for your personal use only, and you are solely responsible for all actions taken on your account. Any sharing of accounts will result in account termination, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by such sharing.
Punishment: Account Termination
6.2. Character Mixing
Transferring items, money, properties, cars, etc., between your characters is strictly prohibited.
Extremely rare exceptions may be granted with permission from a Manager, but such permission will almost never be given under any circumstance.
Punishment: Complete Character-Wipe ~ Revocation of involved characters + 30 days ban
7. No Advertisement of Other Communities
Advertising other communities on our server and Discord is not allowed to maintain a focused and cohesive community environment.
Punishment: 7 days ban ~ 30 days ban
8. Real-World-Trading Prohibition
Real-World-Trading (RWT), involving the buying or selling of in-game goods for real-world currency, is strictly forbidden!
Punishment: Account Termination + 30 days ban
Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from them!
