In this thread you will find all of the necessary information required to know when roleplaying a Human.


Why Human?

As a human character, you'll leap into action right from the start, no barriers or complications holding you back. You'll hold the reins of fate, shaping your character's destiny with freedom and creativity. Will you rise to become a mysterious Numina, wielding extraordinary powers? Maybe one of your companions will reveal themselves as a Vampire, opening doors to the thrilling prospect of becoming their loyal Ghoul. Or perhaps you'll face incredible supernatural odds and undergo a transformation known as Imbuing. The power to craft your own narrative lies entirely within your hands.

But there's more! As a human in this enigmatic world, you have a unique opportunity to share its wonders with newcomers. While it's not mandatory, teaming up with fresh-faced adventurers can lead to exhilarating experiences. Together, you'll venture into the unknown, confronting supernatural challenges that weave captivating tales and create unbreakable bonds of camaraderie.

And let's not forget the rewards! To make Human roleplay even more enticing, we offer you additional Experience. For every 2 Experience points you earn through roleplay, we'll grant you an extra one, fueling your character's growth and making your journey even more gratifying.

Human House Rules

• For every 2 Experience gained in a single scene, an additional Experience point will be rewarded (until reaching 75 IC-Experience)!


Numina House Rules

• Numina powers cast directly on Night-Folk can be intuitively resisted with a Counterspelling roll as described in M20 (p. 546).
(This is including but not limiting to mind-reading powers.)
