Here, you will find all the necessary information you need before submitting your Vampire application.




Expectations & Requirements

● Before creating your character, we highly recommend familiarizing yourself with our Balance System, which can be found here: https://wod-rp.forumotion.com/t12-balance-system.
Additionally you might want to read the following guide in order to increase your chances of getting accepted: https://wod-rp.forumotion.com/t54-guide-how-to-excel-your-character-application#61.

● World of Darkness Roleplay chronicle primarily revolves around the Camarilla and its intricate politics. Actions have consequences, and the political landscape can either elevate or dismantle your character. Therefore, the character you apply for must be a member of the Camarilla.

● Attention VWH players: Please be aware that our chronicle does not include Mages/Demons. As a result, Social/Mental disciplines play a significant role in the chronicle.

● Vampire characters of Generation 13th and above can be created in-game without the need for applications or approval from a Race Moderator.

● The lowest Generation available for application is the 9th Generation. These characters should be exceptional players who contribute significantly to the chronicle through impactful and high-quality roleplay. The 9th Generation is highly exclusive and will only be granted to entrusted players with well-crafted character creation applications. Please note that applications for the 9th Generation may be closed temporarily if the number of players at this Generation is deemed sufficient.
Moreover, in-game, there will be opportunities for Generation reduction through Diablerie. These events, held occasionally, will allow well-developed characters to take a step forward by performing such atrocities.

● During character creation, applicants may choose to apply for one extra Discipline, which can be either In-Clan with the Additional Discipline (5pt. Merit) or Out-of-Clan without it. Please be aware that a secondary path as well as an extra ritual (for Disciplines such as Thaumaturgy, Necromancy, etc...) is also considered an extra Discipline. Nonetheless, it is crucial to note that the option to apply for an extra Discipline carries high requirements, necessitating a proper portrayal of how the character acquired this additional power.

● Caitiffs are generally allowed to apply for only one Exclusive Discipline (see House Rules), exceptions for two can be made for spectacular players with outstanding character application.

● We highly advise you to discuss your character's concept with a Vampire Moderator before proceeding with the application. This way you will be able to match expectations and increase the chances of your character to be accepted.

● AI-Generated answers and background stories will get your application automatically disqualified. We know how to recognize AI-Generated content, so please don't test us. While it's fine to consult with AI for inspiration and writing style, the application is made for you, and not an AI.
