Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to engage in any behavior that violates our rules or the terms and conditions of the game. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, hacking, griefing, exploiting bugs, using bots, or engaging in any activity that gives you an unfair advantage over other players.

Consequences for Violating the ToS
If you violate our ToS or any of our rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include a warning, temporary ban, permanent ban, or any other action deemed necessary by our staff. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to our server at any time and for any reason.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our server, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of World of Darkness Roleplay or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on our server without our prior written consent. If you create any content on our server, such as skins or mods, you retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to use it on our server.

Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use our server. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use our server with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using our server, including but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or any other damages arising from your use of our server.

Ownership of In-Game Accounts
All in-game accounts, including characters, items, and other virtual assets, are the property of World of Darkness Roleplay and are licensed to you for your personal use while playing on our server. You may not sell, trade, transfer, or sublicense your account or any of its contents to any third party. We reserve the right to terminate or modify your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of our ToS or any other policy or rule established by our server's management. By using our server, you acknowledge that you have no ownership or property interest in any in-game accounts, characters, items, or other virtual assets associated with your account.

Dispute Resolution
a. PayPal Disputes
All money sent to World of Darkness Roleplay Management is considered a donation. If you make a PayPal dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with World of Darkness Roleplay Management, your account will be permanently banned. We strongly advise that you contact us via Discord before making a PayPal dispute. If you have made a PayPal dispute and wish to resolve the issue, please contact us via email to discuss a resolution.

b. Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Israel without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

c. Forum and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement will be instituted in the courts of Israel, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding.

d. Waiver of Class Action Rights
By entering into this Agreement, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of others or participate as a member of a class of claimants with respect to any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement.

Drugs/Narcotics System
Our server includes a realistic depiction of a drugs/narcotics system that may be disturbing and emotionally damaging to some players. By using our server, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks and consequences associated with using this system.

We do not condone the use of real-world drugs or narcotics, and the use of our in-game drugs/narcotics system should not be construed as such. You are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from using this system, and we are not liable for any damages that may occur as a result.

If you choose to use our in-game drugs/narcotics system, you must be at least 18 years old. By using this system, you agree to the following:

You will not use this system in a way that violates our rules or the terms and conditions of the game.
You understand that the use of this system may be disturbing and emotionally damaging to some players, and you will not use it to intentionally harm or traumatize other players.
You will not use this system in a way that promotes or glorifies drug use or addiction.
You understand and accept that the use of this system is purely fictional and has no real-world consequences.
