Character Name:Aloysia Dagny
Requested Feature/Item: Short, Allergy: Photosensitive, Addiction, Concentration, Magic Resistance, Mechanical Aptitude, Double-Jointed, Ability Aptitude, Allies 1, Resources 3, Artifact 1, Shadowcasting 4, Mechanical ability aptitude merit would correspond with repair 2 dots for Mechanic but I did not see a crafts slot.
Feature/Item Description:
Concentration (1pt. Merit): You have the ability to focus your mind and shut out any distractions or annoyances.
(->):  Furthermore, any penalty to difficulty or dice pool arising from distraction etc, is limited to 2.
Magic Resistance (2pt. Merit): You have an inherent resistance to the rituals of the Tremere and the spells of the mages of other creeds and orders.
(->): The difficulty of all such magic, both malicious and beneficent, is +2 when directed at you.
(->): Furthermore, you may never learn the Discipline of Thaumaturgy.
Mechanical Aptitude (1pt. Merit): You are naturally adept with all kinds of mechanical devices which does not include electronic devices or computers.
(->):  The difficulties of all dice rolls to understand, repair or operate any kind of mechanical device are -2 and this merit does not help you drive any sort of a vehicle.
Double-Jointed (1pt. Merit):You possess uncanny suppleness, and can contort yourself so that you can squeeze into small places.
(->): You are at a -2 difficulty to wriggle free from an opponents grasp or hide in a small area.
Ability Aptitude (1pt. Merit): You are particularly knowledgeable in occult which you learned from your long time Mage mentor.
(->): You have a -2 difficulty when using this knowledge.      
Short (1pt. Flaw): You are well below average height and have trouble seeing over high objects and moving quickly. (4’0”)
(->): You suffer a -2 dice penalty to all pursuit rolls.
(->): In some circumstances, this will give you a concealment bonus.
Allergy Photosensitive (3pt. Flaw) You are photosensitive to sunlight or bright lights in a room and there is a chance they can incapacitate you.
(->): You immediately begin to suffer from itching, burning and a severe rash and depending on the brightness of the light, your eyes become irritated also.
(->): This affect works in a similar fashion as ingesting alcohol.
(->): Roll stamina diff 6 for every 15 minutes you are exposed to this light.
(->): For every 5 minutes of exposure following the initial 10 minutes your stamina difficulty increases by 1.
Addiction (3pt. Flaw): You are an adrenaline junkie addicted to some activity or substance that interferes to some degree with your daily life.
(->):  Additionally, you are driven to take part in dangerous activities making this flaw worth three points.
(->):  These activities may range from sky diving, cliff climbing, parkour and even vitae.

Allies (1): You have one ally of little power or influence
Resources (3): Liquidated = $50,000 cash, allowance of $3000 a month.
Artifact (1): Gift.  Gone in 60 Seconds pewter choker band.

Shadowcasting (4 dots): The shadows become your tools, the darkness your ally, and the night your friend. Manipulation + Occult diff 4 + the spell level at a cost of 1wp per use.
Shadowcasting (1):  The caster can deepen and darken shadows and darkness in a room or area.
(->): This requires a Manipulation + Occult diff 5 roll and 1wp per use.
Shadowcasting (2):  By shaping the shadows in his area and muffling the sounds he makes, the sorcerer can become almost impossible to discover.
(->): This requires a Manipulation + Occult diff 6 roll and 1wp per use.
Shadowcasting (3): The shadows rile and coil about the shadow caster.
(->): Additionally colour fades from the area, and sounds become whispers and murmurs or sounds of terror.
(->): The target is required to roll wp with a difficulty equal to the successes rolled +2 additional dice.
(->): Addtionally failure indicates sudden, near irresistible urge to be elsewhere or a penalty of -1 to all tasks.
(->): Addtionally the caster may add +3 dice to attempts to conceal their character or another character.
Shadowcasting (4):  The shadows are the sorcerers allies in all ways.
(->): Those who oppose him must be strong of heart or struck down in near-terror. (May cause Frenzy).
(->): Cameras and other electronic recording devices will fail unless the operators are able to adjust as necessary.
(->): This requires a Manipulation + Occult diff 7 roll and 1wp per use.


Reasoning:
Short:  Genetic.
Allergy: Photosensitive:  Genetic.
Double-Jointed: Genetic
Magic Resistance: Genetic.
Addiction: Adrenaline Junkie:   She is the type of girl that needs to go above and beyond when getting her adrenaline high.
Mechanical Aptitude: Taught how to repair large farm equipment that was diesel, she has been able to apply the same skills to cars and trucks used daily.
Ability Aptitude: Her Mage mentor taught instructed her in the field of the occult and taught what books to look for when seeking to learn new things.  She spent many years with him at the last group home she was sent to live in.  It’s not everyday that you are running a group home for boys and girls and you have a street rat child with sorcery skills dropped in your lap.
Concentrate:  She learned how to concentrate and focus on her sorcery skills because she often had to run and hide and used the time hiding to hone her numina with shadowcasting which made her difficult to find most of the time.
